What You'll Do

As a Business Development Manager, your daily tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Following our internal sales process and conducting:
meetings, NDA and P&L discussions, as well as negotiations.
- Reaching monthly KPIs and targets to drive business growth.
- Managing and keeping your pipeline up-to-date with all crucial information related to the deal and the prospect.
- Discovering and understanding opportunities, challenges, and aspirations of prospects to match them with the best-fit franchise opportunities.
- Acting as a consultant to our prospects, guiding them on the journey of becoming a franchisee, and advising them throughout the sales process.
- Building and maintaining partner relationships by being a trustworthy contact for our Franchisor partners.
- Updating information in the CRM, entering data, and ensuring its accuracy and completeness.

Rolul departamentului de dezvoltare/sales este de a dezvolta afacerile in franciza, prin identificarea de parteneri potriviti.

Punem in contact:

  • afacerile in franciza pe de o parte si
  • investitorii potriviti pe de cealalta

Avem procesele destul de bine definite si stim ce trebuie facut, astfel incat sa ajungem la rezultate.

De la generare de leaduri, filtrarea initiala, prezentarea afacerii, contractare si lansarea propriu-zisa a afacerii.

Punem accent pe digitalizare, dar pastrandu-ne contactul direct cu clientii.

Este un domeniu in care interactionam zi de zi cu oameni. Si asta trebuie sa-ti faca placere.

Candidatul ideal

Studii superioare absolvite

Experienta anterioara de 1-2 ani intr-un post relevant din domeniile (pre)sales/ client service

Excelente abilitati de comunicare, la telefon si fata in fata

Orientare catre client

Orientarea catre obtinerea de rezultate

Abilitati de organizare a propriei activitati si atentie la detalii

O buna capacitate de gestionare a timpului si resurselor (eficienta)

Orientare catre invatare si dezvoltare constinua (necesara in vederea preluarii de responsabilitati cu un grad mai ridicat de complexitate in companie)
